I Will Sticker Program
Keep Virginia Beautiful is excited to announce an exciting “green” school fundraiser available to all Virginia Schools. We would like to offer your school 50% of the profits generated from the sale of our very popular “I Will Keep Virginia Beautiful” stickers to be used towards anything environmentally friendly for your school. These removable stickers are 4.5″x 5.5″ and we recommend a sales price of $1 each. 50% of the proceeds comes back to your school for each sticker sold!
Support Your School’s Sustainable Initiatives through KVB’s easy sticker fundraiser! You could purchase new recycle bins, start composting, build a learning garden, “green-up” your cafeteria, organize an Earth Day Festival, use the “green” for anything “green” in your school. Simply follow the 6 steps below:
1. Register your school/organization and indicate the number of stickers you hope to sell (please ask for only the number you believe you can sell, stickers are on a consignment basis).
2. Create a way to sell the “I Will” KVB sticker to students, families, and the community. Sell during scheduled earth day activities, a classroom contest throughout earth month, promotion at a PTA function, table at your Spring Festival, and/or through your green/environmental clubs.
3. “I Will” Stickers will be sent to your attention at your school shortly after you register.
4. Sell your stickers for $1.00.
5. Calculate your earnings – 50% proceeds to benefit your school, 30% proceeds to benefit KVB, 20% to pay for sticker production & postage – Therefore if you sell 500 stickers, your organization keeps $250 and $250 goes to KVB.
6. Finally, please return any unused stickers plus 50% of money to KVB by May 15, 2012.
