Remind your neighbors and friends to keep the trash in the cans. I saw someone open their car door and throw a coffee cup onto the street on their way to the work the other morning. Luckily I was there to keep Virginia beautiful and clean things up!

While there were many butts on the street at the end of the festival, it was also nice to see people who received KVB’s pocket ashtrays putting them to good use! I gave an ashtray to a group of people and when I walked by them later in the day I noticed they were putting their butts in the pocket ashtrays instead of on the streets. Every little bit counts!
In reply to - Scott Dickens posted an update: I hope they did a BIG cleanup on Cary Street after the craziness of the festival this weekend. It was a bummer to see so many BUTTS (the cigarette variety) on the street at the beginning of the day, but I’m sure it looks better now! · View -
